If you like cute little CGI animals who are able to design and build full size working catapults in the forest then this movie is for you.
This Disney-like story is about an executive at a land development company who comes to the woods of Oregon to build a “state of the art” subdivision but ends up being tormented by the little creatures who live there.
Brandon Fraser plays the executive named Dan whose job it is to get the subdivision built. This is such a big job that Dan moves his entire family into the Oregon woods so he can more closely monitor the progress. One day some of the little animals who live in the woods overhear Dan talking on the phone to his bosses about clearing the trees to make room for more buildings. Since everyone knows that chipmonks, beavers and other woodland animals can understand human language it should come as no surprise that these animals are horrified at what they hear.
Faced with the imminent destruction of their home the animals wage war against Dan and his bosses. The traps that the animals place for Dan are truly funny and ingenious. But are they enough to stop Dan and his company from leveling the forest? Hmmm …. I wonder how this will all end?

I watched the movie, but really didn’t see all the jumping, running on walls and fighting, i see in the video game. 3/5 stars.
