Watch Salt Description
Angelina Jolie plays Evelyn Salt, a master CIA agent and one of their best counter-intelligence people. When she is called in to interrogate a Russian defector, she is fingered as a Russian mole, part of a network of sleeper cells living in the United States waiting for orders from the Soviet Union.
Astonished, her colleagues in the interrogation room with her immediately try to capture her. Through some ingenuity and remarkable physical stunts she is able to get out of the CIA building and escape into the city.
Now Salt must try to figure out what is going on, clear her own name and stop whatever Russian plot has been set in motion … all the while trying to elude her CIA trackers.
Salt is a superior action adventure movie that will keep the audience guessing until the very end. Angelina Jolie shows here that she can carry one of these types of movies all by herself.

Suprisingly great movie. It had lots of twists and turns in the plot, I’d give it an 8.5/10. It reminds me of the movie Law Abiding Citizen, because it kept me on the edge of my seat.

I pretty much got exactly what I wanted out of this film, and thus I walked out quite satisfied. A female version of Jason Bourne, mixed in with a “24″-style storyline and old cold-war movie nostalgia and some good plot twists made this action film great to watch. No matter how skinny Jolie may be (or how she may look in real life), Hollywood always makes her look pretty on the big screen – covered in blood or otherwise. HOWEVER, my biggest qualm IS Jolie – her size doesn’t fit the role and the type of stunts she does. She certainly appears capable, but certainly not believable. Michelle Yeoh would have been a better fit for this role (and a female lead in this film would surely have been more interesting than Tom Cruise).

I haven’t seen any of her movie since, The Changeling. Which by the way was great but wish I knew it was going to be that mentally disturbing. She is such a great actress I want to watch this.
