Watch Takers Description
Takers is a movie about a suave collection of criminals who get together once a year to plan and execute a single bank robbery. Every job that they do is carefully planned out to the tiniest detail to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that nobody gets hurt.
One day a former gang member reappears after having just completed a lengthy prison sentence for his part in a past robbery. He brings with him his plan for a new bank job that he wants the gang to do. He explains that this is a plan he had been working on while in prison and is very time sensitive.
The leader of the group, Gordon (Idiris Elba), is immediately against this idea as there would not be enough time to properly plan the job. But when the just released member objects and then points out that he did his jail time without giving up the rest of the group, Gordon reconsiders and agrees to go along.
This is a decision that will have tragic consequences as the bank job does not go according to plan.
Takers is a suspenseful and well made movie about a smart group of robbers who make a life changing mistake.
