The A-Team was one of those guilty pleasures of the 1980s. It was big and loud with lots of action and absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever. But man was it fun to watch! And if you liked the original tv series then you are going to like this movie.
Updated for contemporary times, the A-Team consists of 4 ex-special forces specialists who worked deep in Iraq. Apparently these guys pissed someone off because while in Iraq they were framed for war crimes. They were able to escape to the United States where they now run down leads on who set them up. At the same time they are trying to clear their names they help out whomever they happen to come across that needs mercenary help.
The A-team four are Colonel John “Hannibal” Smith (Liam Neeson), Lieutenant Templeton “Faceman” Peck (Bradley Cooper), Captain H.M. “Howling Mad” Murdock (Sharlto Copley) and Sergeant Bosco Albert B.A. “Bad Attitude” Baracus (Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson). Together they blow up or shoot down damn near everything in this film. It is a wild ride and so much fun to watch.
