Went for the eye candy stayed for the movie! The storyline was well played and flowed well. TI could use a few acting lessons. From beginning to end it was well acted, scenes made sense. I love action but with all the sex and language its hard to get to the point but this film was well made without all the extra bull. If you like action you’ll like this film. I’m a mob movie fan and the ending had that kind of feel. Paul Walker and Idris Alba made the movie strong. Chris Brown and T.I. are still making the transition from music to film but overall they played their roles well. Characters were believable.

With people such as Matt Dillon, Jay Hermandez, Hayden Christensen, Michael Ealy, Idris Elba, Paul Walker, and singer Chris Brown you can see there are some very good actors playing the lead roles in this movie. Outstanding.

“Blood and guts; boobs and butts” That is the best way to sum up this movie. But where do you begin explaining it? First off it looked like it was going to be awful. It was a monster movie, in 3D, being released in August, and thats about it. But there’s a reason why this movie works so, so well. It knows exactly how stupid and campy it is. It’s so gory and sexual it almost seems like a parody of a slasher/horror movie, but it pulls off just the right tone to convince you of it’s realness. It is undoubtedly the most sex filled, gore ridden movie released this century. I’m not kidding. This is exactly what would happen if a snuff film and a porno had children. From an underwater nude make out scene between two women to people being ripped apart and scalped and eaten, etc. etc., it completely offends all sense of moral decency, but is still so over the top and so aware of how over the top it is that you can’t help but laugh at it’s sheer wonder. Pihrana 3D also has some pretty 3-dimensional characters (Hahaha) and good acting, which is one of the best qualifications for a horror movie. You will see it, you will laugh, you will gasp at its sheer WTF nature, and you will be genuinely entertained. And how is this movie not totally sick and wrong? Because you know how silly it’s supposed to be, and that makes it one of the best movies of the summer.

Jason Bateman should be doing a lot more films. He was marvelous in Arrested Development and he seems to have made the transition from child star to adult actor without a problem. So lets get him in more films so that we can really see what he can do.

This is a very clever and entertaining film very well acted by the cast which includes besides Aniston and Bateman, a return of Juliette Lewis and Jeff Goldblum. Both have very give great performances in supporting roles. I’d love to see more of both in other works.

I love watching the relationship between Wally and Sebastian unfold. The film is a joy to watch

The movie is sweet, where people with good intentions have to face a couple of key mistakes and start to move on in the direction that’s truly best for them. Aniston’s character, Kassie, wants to be a mother, despite not finding a mate and satisfied only to find a source of genetic material. Bateman’s character, Wally, wants her to be happy, but he seems to know that she’s grasping for something.

Bow Wow has proved time and time again to be a charming performer from movies like Johnson Family Vacation to a starring role in Like Mike. In Lottery Ticket, he proves it again, playing Kevin, a foot locker employee who wins the lottery much to the surprise (and delight) of the whole town. That said, Lottery Ticket is a hit (and mostly) miss attempt at trying to make Friday for a new generation. The cast including Loretta Divine, Mike Epps, Brandon T. Jackson, Terry Crews, Keith David and Ice Cube is so charming that it’s disappointing that this film doesn’t perform the magic it should. There’s some moments of really sharp humor in this film, and you will laugh for about 30% of this film, but 30% of a film compared to a $10 ticket just doesn’t balance out. The film especially loses edge when it gets cloyingly and unnecessarily sappy and sentimental. That said, these moments of sharp humor made me not completely hate the film. It has those moments where I realized this could have been a very funny film and I respect that. See it if you were planning to see it, but if you weren’t there’s really no reason to see it.

This was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen! Completely inappropriate in terms of language and sexual reference, plus it was downright terrible in terms of the acting, script etc. It wasn’t a spoof like “Airplane” but rather a high-school play version of the fist two Twilight movies.

Actually, from the trailers I thought it might be funny. I am a twilight fan so I understood what was happening in the movie, but the only funny parts were the parts that were in the trailers. The rest of the movie my husband and I were just sitting there wondering how much longer til the end. My husband laughed one time. Not worth the price of a ticket.
